GAIA is a non-profit organisation that promotes initiates and co-ordinates projects and activities that protect and conserve the natural environment - and the species which are dependent upon them. As an integral part of our activities, we seek to address the social and economic issues that lie at the heart of so many of our environmental ills.

With thanks to the pioneers of the modern 'Gaian' revival, who have motivated and mobilised those of us who saw the possibility of something better.
